This year is a tough one. And for most of us we have lost a lot of business and our bookings. This pandemic has brought a new perspective to things and how to go about it. As we sat down to draw up new plans and ideas to overcome these troubled times, we got a message from Tamarind Global events. One of the couple’s that they were working for, shifted their entire wedding down to Goa and they were coming down to meet vendors and organize for their big day. In this time the couple decided to do an impromptu pre wedding shoot.

We met Adrija and Mihir directly when they came down to Goa. We had a few conversations over the phone and we got a feel of what they were looking for. But we did not know what to expect from the couple as we had never met them before. We were a bit nervous, probably cause we were out of shooting couples and been in lockdown since March. But, once we met them and spoke to them, the nerves just vanished. They were so pleasing to shoot, so comfortable with each other and in front of us and our camera that it made our work so much easier and fun.

The days leading up to the shoot were unpredictable. Goa was experiencing sudden spells of heavy rain throughout. We were all geared up for a rainy shoot with out umbrella’s and ponchos, and gear to protect our camera’s. But the weather cleared up in the morning and we had some nice sunshine. We started off with some greens around the property and then the highlight of the shoot, the beach! Which they were eagerly looking forward to. It was like they were connected to the sea, deep within. It called them and they responded. We didn’t really have to guide them along with anything. They were brilliantly natural at what they did.  A great way for us to start off this years season.
